We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. Information that you provide to us is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems.

Relevent information will be passed on to schools and universities for the purpose of registrating in a course. We will not sell or release your e-mail address to any other parties.

Schools and Universities
Although Oz Study requests all Schools and Universities to up-date their information on the Oz Study web site as often as possible, Oz Study management does not take responsibility for information which may contain errors or that may be out of date.
At all times the Oz Study staff will do their best to maintain correct and current information. If misleading or incorrect information has been placed on the Oz Study web site with the knowledge of the Australian institution, Oz Study reserves the right to remove all information regarding the offending institution and to inform prospective students that the Oz Study team will not help a student enrol with the offending institution.

Enrolment Proceedures
Oz Study and its affiliates will do its best to help a student enrol in the course of their choice. Oz Study cannot guarantee students entry into Australian institutions, however all of our staff are committed to providing the student with the best possible knowledge about the enrolment proceedure and to help the student in the enrolment process.

Refunds and Cancellations
Oz Study strictly observes the cancellation and refund policy of individual Australian Institutions which must be clearly written on the individual institution application forms. Oz Study does not receive money directly from students, nor does it ask for a service charge and thus is governed by the individual Australian Institution Refund and Cancellation policy. Oz Study at all times will inform the student to carefully read the Refund and Cancellation policy on the application form before signing. If the student has problems in understanding any of the information contained on the application form Oz Study will do its best to correctly inform the student of the details.
